With over 30 years of experience in the water industry there are few scenarios that we haven't encountered.

At Technical Graphics Limited use the latest AutoDesk software to generate accurate pipe work designs based on your ideas. From pipe supports to civil connections in a variety of pipe materials. We can use this software to provide you with a complete and bespoke pipe design service. You can visit us with a hand-drawn 'fag packet' sketch or a simple idea, and our Engineering Draughtsmen will generate a CAD drawing that refines the functionality of the design. Our design team will work closely with you to ensure your exact specifications are adhered to and then produce fabrication drawings and 3D models to meet your needs.

We can generate detailed CAD drawings based on your specifications, refine the design to improve usability and functionality and recommend design changes to meet specifications.

From site survey to fabrication drawings to As Built status and then 3D model for adding to the site wide ferated model.

Our services

Most designs start with a survey of the site.

It's important to get an accurate start point for any project. To check alignments, levels and point to point dimensions.

We provide experienced engineers who will measure accurately your fixed-point connections, varying floor levels and misaligned pipework and flange orientations. From new build water infrastructure with cast in civils termination points, existing pump stations, misaligned pipework, valve and inline equipment retrofitting, new pump suction and discharge pipework, or multi point pipeline crossovers and complex cross system connections, we can assist.

A project doesn't end until the 'As Constructed' drawings have been issued!

Many utility companies have a fee retention of 10% of contract value until all the final documentation has been submitted. From O&M manuals to as built drawings. On a £3m contract, that's £300k you are unable to invoice until all the documentation has been submitted and accepted.

Here at Technical Graphics Limited we want to at least take the stress of submitting the construction record drawings off you.
